To the attention of the authors of the all-Ukrainian scientific-practical professional collection of scientific works
«Actual Problems of Politics» (category "B")!
The editorial board of the scientific-practical professional collection of scientific works "Actual Problems of Politics" invites to cooperation scientists, practitioners, readers interested in the issues of the journal.
Until March 29, 2024, articles to No. 73 of the scientific-practical professional collection of scientific works "Actual Problems of Politics" for 2024 are accepted.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ARTICLE:
1. UDC is indicated to the left of the article title.
2. The volume of the article - 10-18 pages (skittles - 14, at 1.5 intervals).
3. Author information should include an orcid code. If the author does not have this code, it can be obtained at https://orcid.org/
4. References to the sources in the text are given in parentheses, with the name of the author - coma - year of publication of the work - coma - the page from which the borrowing is made (Bibikov, 2010, p. 25). References to several sources are given at the same time as a semicolon (Bibikov, 2010; Petrov, 2007; Ivanov, 2015), and pages are marked as necessary. The sources used are listed alphabetically and are not numbered. The article should include references to foreign language sources.
5. At the end of the article is a list of sources used and a transliterated and translated English version (References), made in accordance with the agreements of the APA (American Psychological Association).
6. At the end of the text after the literature are placed the title of the article, annotations (volume: 1800 characters each), keywords (up to 5) in Ukrainian and in English.

The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
PROHIBITION TO REFER TO THE AGGRESSOR STATE’S SCHOLARLY PAPERS:
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

У статті розглянуто поняття і сутність принципів у розрізі правової науки та теорії державного управління, запропоновано визначення та перелік основних принципів формування інституту юридичної відповідальності.

Summary

The article discusses the concept and essence of the principles in terms of legal science and public administration theory, it is proposed the definition and list of basic principles of formation of institute of legal responsibility.

1. fill in the author's information;
2. article;
3. a scanned receipt for the payment of the publication fee (after passing the article of review).
Students accept editorials only in co-authorship.
Materials submitted in violation of the standards are not accepted for editing and publication. The editorial board reserves the right to edit, reduce, and refine the title. The published material expresses the position of the author, which may not coincide with the opinion of the editor. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the facts, statistics and other materials.

Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before June 29, 2024.

PUBLICATION CONTRIBUTION:
The amount of the publication fee is 1000 UAH. If the volume of the article exceeds 12 pages, then for each additional page it is necessary to pay 40 UAH.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 600, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
The editorial board conducts an internal anonymous review of the article, after which the authors receive the requisites for payment of the publication.
